The Alphera Learner Insight (ALI) Enrolment Journey
A Bespoke Pathway into the Alphera Learner Experience.
Our proprietary admissions process, the Alphera Learner Insight (ALI), is a highly personalised discovery framework designed to seamlessly map your child’s unique cognitive potential and wellbeing needs. The journey unfolds in five distinct steps:
-
Step 1:
Initial Digital Enquiry
Families begin the process by completing our secure online Admissions Enquiry Form.
Submitting this preliminary profile creates your secure Parent Portal account and initiates the ALI evaluation process.
-
Step 2:
Personalised Campus Tour
Within two working days of your enquiry, our Admissions Team will personally contact you to arrange an exclusive, personalised tour of our Awali campus.
During this one-hour visit, families will tour our innovative learning environments, meet key staff and Senior Leadership, and discuss our whole-child educational philosophy.
-
Step 3:
Family Information and Learner Profile
If you wish to proceed following the tour, you will access the secure Parent Portal to upload confidential student documentation and complete comprehensive Parent and Caregiver Questionnaires.
These questionnaires help us deeply understand your child’s daily routines, emotional awareness, and approach to learning.
A non-refundable Application Fee of BD 120 is required to process the application.
-
Step 4:
Alphera Learner Insight (ALI) Session
Once documentation is submitted, your child will be invited to an in-person, half-day ALI session on campus.
For younger learners, trained Academic Guides conduct play-based observations focused on curiosity, communication, and problem-solving through guided exploration.
Learners entering Years 2 to 6 will undertake age-appropriate academic assessments, such as the Progress Test in Mathematics (PTM) and the New Group Reading Test (NGRT).
This stage includes a Parent Partnership Discussion to align on your child’s needs and aspirations.
A one-time Assessment Fee of BD 200 applies.
-
Step 5:
Enrolment Confirmation and Welcome
Following a thorough review, successful applicants receive formal confirmation of their place and a class allocation.
To secure the placement, a non-refundable Registration Fee of BD 1,000 must be paid within seven days of the offer.
Families will then receive an official Welcome Email detailing school routines, uniform fittings, induction events, and preparations for the first day.
