A half-term to explore new ideas

Make room for curiosity this half-term. At Alphera, children can experience practical challenges and enjoy active mornings that encourage them to explore their own ideas.

With the school team on hand, there is time to experiment, work with others and give something new a go. Each day brings more to discover and something to talk about at home.

Join us for five mornings of learning through doing. Parents can also request a school tour at collection.

25–29 October 2026

Before you register

Half-term Camp Joining Terms

By registering a child for the Alphera Half-term Camp, the parent or legal guardian confirms that they have read and agree to the following joining terms.

  1. Eligibility

Registration confirms the child’s place, subject to availability and the applicable age requirements.

  2. Camp Dates and Times

The Half-term Camp will run from 25–29 October 2026, from 9:00 am–12:00 pm daily. Children should arrive and be collected promptly at the published times.

  3. Parent/Guardian Responsibility

Children must be signed in and collected by a parent/guardian or another adult authorised by the parent/guardian. Alphera must be informed in advance if someone different will be collecting the child.

  4. Medical and Additional Information

Parents/guardians must provide accurate information about any allergies, medical needs, dietary requirements or other information that may affect their child's participation or wellbeing. Any medication requirements must be discussed with Alphera before the child attends.

  5. Participation and Activities

The camp includes movement, games, practical challenges, creative activities and hands-on exploration. Activities will be adapted to suit the age and needs of participating children. Parents should ensure their child attends in comfortable clothing and suitable footwear.

  6. Behaviour and Wellbeing

Children are expected to follow reasonable instructions from the Alphera team and behave in a way that supports the safety and wellbeing of themselves and others. If significant behavioural, health or wellbeing concerns arise, Alphera may contact the parent/guardian and request that the child is collected.

  7. Personal Belongings

Children should bring only the items requested by Alphera. Personal belongings remain the responsibility of the child and parent/guardian, and valuable items should not be brought to camp.

  8. Photography and Media

Any photography or use of a child's image for Alphera communications or promotional purposes will be managed in accordance with the parent/guardian permissions obtained by Alphera.

  9. Fees, Cancellations and Refunds

Where a camp fee applies, the applicable fee, payment details, and cancellation and refund arrangements will be communicated to parents after registration.

  10. Changes to the Programme

Alphera may make reasonable changes to activities, staffing or the daily programme where necessary for operational, educational or safety reasons.
